CELPIP Test
New Language Requirements for Real Estate Courses
Quick Pass Master School is dedicated to helping students pass their UBC courses and exams, allowing them to become licensed realtors faster! This includes offering the help you need to pass your English language proficiency courses.
As of September 2017, the English language testing requirements for obtaining a Real Estate or Rental Management course have become considerably tougher. Instead of the previous LPI test, students must pass the CELPIP-G language exam. This test evaluates both writing and speaking, so mastery of spoken language is necessary. This can be a challenge for students whose first language is not English.
The CELPIP-G exam covers four distinct areas:
- Listening
- Reading
- Writing
- Speaking
Each section is graded on a 12-point scale, and a prospective realtor must achieve a grade of at least 7 on all sections to pass the exam and be approved for their pre-license.
Fortunately, the Quick Pass Master School is here to help! We provide CELPIP preparation for our students with professional CELPIP English tutors that can help students improve their language proficiency. We also offer CELPIP practice tests for students to improve their skills and become familiar with the test format. Our CELPIP classes and practice materials are intended for those who speak English as a second language, but we are happy to help anyone who needs assistance to improve their English skills.
Quick Pass Master is here to help! No matter where you are from, Quick Pass Master wants to help you fulfill your dreams by moving into the profession of real estate. Please contact us directly if you have any questions about real estate language requirements or other inquiries about our school!
