Online Instructor for BC Real Estate Licensing Classes (English)
Quick Pass Master is looking for a part-time BC Real Estate Pre-Licencing Instructor. The classes are taught online live and over recorded video. Hours are flexible, can work from home. This is a long term position.
Responsibilities:
1. Voice over pre-recorded course videos in English
2. Conduct online live classes over Zoom and answer questions from students
3. Answer course related questions from students through other channels after classes – email, Social Media
4. Improve on and update existing course materials to better match UBC’s changing curriculum
Required Qualifications:
1. Pass the UBC trading, rental, mortgage or strata licensing exam with a score of at least 80%
2. Speak English fluently
3. Strong communication skills to explain concepts
4. Patient and empathetic
5. Past teaching experience is not required but considered an asset
Compensation:
Compensation is competitive with base and performance incentives.
Training:
Start-up training will be offered to qualified candidates
